Seed Money

Money…never had too much of it in my life, never been good at saving it, always had reasons to spend it. Don’t get the wrong idea. I’m pretty frugal with my money (I’ve had the same pair of tennis shoes for going on three years).
Now I need a chunk of money to get things moving. Where does one find money–capital?
family (everyone’s broke)
credit cards (only own one, and it’s maxed)
bank loan (good one, I’m being sarcastic),
friends (I want to keep my friends, so I don’t borrow from them)
tax return (that’s a possibility)
preorders (another possibility)
garage sale (pain in the ass, but possible)
trade services (could talk to my shirt guy)
host a small tournament (maybe)
a self-defense seminar (maybe)
I need $500-$700 seed money to get this venture started. I’ve decide I will start with T-shirts. Tap or Die actions steps for project T-shirt:
1. Design T-shirts
2. survey people and choose design
3. set up this site to promote and sell shirts
4. get preorders (get money for shirts $500-$700)
5. order shirts
6. put them up on the site, ebay, and West Side Academy
7. put any profits back into business
Seems simple enough, I’m ready to get started.
