Thoughts about Jiu-Jitsu and the Universe

I’m no psychologist, but I think Quinton “Rampage” Jackson is crazy—no really I think the dude’s insane. Watching him on the Ultimate Fighter, I’m convinced there are pieces of his puzzle missing. There’ no way he’s sane.

I like the guy. He’s tough as hell, and funnier than shit, but there’s a little homicidal maniac in that head of his just waiting to get out. The thing that is interesting to watch is how Rashad Evans toys with Rampage, teasing his craziness, almost like poking a pit bull through the fence. This pit bull, however, is a little too crazy and once he gets out from behind that fence I think he’ll start biting himself.

I foresee another breakdown in Rampage’s future, which is sad, because I think the guy is an asset to MMA. Who knows what Rampage will do—crazy people do crazy things. I fear that whatever he does is only going to hurt him.

He’ll be back. Rampage will not stay out of the game–lucky for us.
